Call for Papers

Prospective authors are invited to contribute full length, original, high-quality papers through the conference web site. Submitted papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity. The conference proceedings will be published on CD for conference attendees, and in IEEE Xplore(R).
